A warm up for groups of 3-4 year olds – The Mini Olympics


tennis warm up 3 year oldHere is a warm up you can do with 3-4 year olds, but also works with older children as well.

It’s just a circuit of little exercises. You need to set it up in advance of the lesson, do a quick demo of all the exercises to the kids, then let them do it. They can go round the circuit a few times. See the video below where I show you examples.

    I can’t seem to access the video. I have to do a field day rotation with 5-11 tear olds in mixed groups of about 14. They’re all beginners. My husband–the tennis player–can’t do it. I have no idea what to do. Please help!
